The ideal experience, we believe, is for you to pick a 2 hour timeframe where you can truly focus on The Dance. In today’s busy world, this is a challenge. We understand. Technically, The Dance is set up so that you can log in and log out as many times as you would care to. We suggest that you plan ahead, find a space where you can be mindful–a quiet spot– set apart from others.
There are only a couple of items that you need to get going. If you are not using the published Dance Documents, you will need to printout the free PDF downloads (see buttons below), “The Dance Legal Documents” and “The Letter To You From God”. In addition, we are asking you to have some grape juice (wine) and bread for Station #7. Why? We don’t want to ruin the surprise.Letter From God Legal Documents
The Dance deals with stuff that is most often deeply rooted in your brain. We recommend that you go through The Dance multiple times. Think of it as a devotional exercise. We are forming a powerful constructive habit that will push against the long-standing often destructive habits hidden in your midbrain. Good news. Your membership gives you access to The Dance for an entire 30 days. Each Dance “movement” should set you free just a little bit more.
The Dance Dashboard will remember your results (the four metrics) for each movement. We hope that it will be encouraging to see the progress.

Welcome to The Dance!
Take a deep breath. Remember the Gospel. God loves you as much as He ever will right now. Strictly because of what Jesus did for you 2000 years ago, God loves you as much as the Father loves the Son and the Son loves the Father. You cannot mess this up. This is true whether you eventually forgive or not. That is good news. Relax. You will hear more of this in The Dance, trust us.
Feel free to take your shoes off and relax. In a sense, this is Holy ground.
